As we close out Quarter 2, we’re proud to share the measurable progress we’ve made on our Strategic Plan goals that will help Lovely Village grow into a stronger and sustainable organization.
We conducted an impact survey with previous and current neighbors to better understand what’s working—and what needs to improve.
We completed a full HR audit and are implementing best practices to strengthen how we hire, train, and care for our staff.
We audited and began updating our Policy and Procedure Manual to ensure clear operational guidelines for staff and leadership.
Our team finalized our 2025 Fundraising Strategy, setting the stage for long-term financial sustainability, donor engagement, and deeper mission impact.
We also began work to strengthen our financial systems—outlining internal controls and financial reporting rhythms that will allow us to be more transparent and accountable moving forward.
This work is foundational—and it’s just the beginning. We’re laying the groundwork for a thriving organization that can serve more women and children, more deeply, in the years to come.
As part of this next chapter, we’re inviting you to help us grow with steady, sustainable support through our 25 in 25 Campaign—asking people to give $25 a month. Just $25 a month can help educate 25 adults to stop the demand for trafficking, offer resources to 5 survivors reaching out for help, or provide a healing space with meals, childcare, and support for 4 women through our support group.
